What's New for Urban Tulsa Home Shoppers?
By now if home shoppers have not heard of or seen Tulsa's newest urban redevelopment, The Pearl District, they will be delightful surprised at the transformation that is taking place just east of Downtown Tulsa that offers an urban life style unlike any other area of Metro Tulsa.
The Mission of the Pearl District Association is:
*To reinvent the art of city life in Tulsa.
*To develop from the grass-roots an urban neighborhood that is diverse, intriguing and charming.
*Develop a community that adapts to the new realities of the 21st Century;
has the character, humanity and convenience of the best, traditional cities.
Offer a radical and attractive alternative to suburban living; where it is possible to work, play and shop without recourse to a car.
*Collaboration where neighbors work to foster good schools and safe, attractive streets and civic spaces; and where a vibrant, civic environment is matched by enlightened public policies.
This kind of progressive approach to revitlizing Tulsa neighborhoods manifests a desireable lifestyle not only for the urbanists, but also for home buyers , commercial bussiness owners and investors who understand and vaule the sustainablilty that is necessary in an area of a city undergoing restoration and changes.

The south Tulsa neighborhood of Shadow Ridge came out in numbers this past week to support the Great Pumpkin Give-a-Way sponsored by The Baskin Real Estate Specialists. Baskin team members were eager for the opportunity to give back to the family oriented subdivision and what better way to do so than by passing out free pumpkins to local residents donated by Darryl Baskin .
As experts in the real estate profession it is imperative that the Baskin Real Estate Specialists remain flexible with market changes, while remaining loyal to Tulsa and the Green Country market. This is done by building personal relationships with clients.
Taking an afternoon to hand deliver pumpkins is a chance to personally say thanks for years of support to past clients and puts Baskin Team Realtors in front of potential new clients to demonstrate what our business means to us. "Being a leading Realtor is a business recognition, but being involved and leading in our community is a much greater accomplishment", says Darryl Baskin.
