Location, Location, Location!

In real estate, the phrase "location, location, location" is always around.  Location is one of the most important factors in the home buying process.  The same also holds true with building.   Tulsa Realtor, Darryl Baskin, says that "before you build, consider the location of the property"!   Whether you are simply purchasing land or are building your dream home, "work with your Tulsa Realtor to make sure that the location you desire will fit your budget as well as the style and size you want in your home. Don't find out after purchasing that you can't do what you want or that the market will not handle your specific plans."
