Are Tulsa, OK Houses More Affordable?

Since the economy took a downturn, the real estate market, all across the U.S., has been hurting. The Tulsa, OK real estate market has done well when compared to many others across the United States, however, both the Tulsa, OK and U.S. markets are looking even better, statistics say. A recent article posted on RISMedia, "Housing Affordability Rises to Highest Level in Two Decades" states that in the U.S. "all new and existing homes sold in the fourth quarter of 2010 were affordable to families earning the national median income of $64,400".
