Maple Ridge Goes Green
The historical neighborhood of Maple Ridge located just south east of the Downtown Loop has plans to go green by adding a new green space park. At one time a house sat on the lot located at 31st & Peoria. The home was moved about a year ago leaving an empty lot too small for infill construction & too large to leave empty. The neighborhood association owns the lot and wanted to create a space in the neighborhood for residents to enjoy. Simple ideas like converting unused space to new parks are exactly the kind of steps that people can take to make a real ecological difference in our community. The parks design includes a gazebo, already underway and a few pathways paved with commemorative bricks. Anyone who would like to be apart on this project can contact the Maple Ridge Home Owners Association for details on purchasing a brick.

Multiple Offers Happen
Several of my agents have been in multiple offer situations recently. This is where a home for sale has more than one offer from a purchaser. Yes. This is really happening! If your home is in good condition and priced right, buyers will want it. This is also what the "Good Thing You're in Tulsa" slogan is referring to. The Tulsa housing market has not experienced the wild swings in values many other parts of the country have experienced.
